Returns

Store Credit: We only offer store credit, no refunds. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in exactly one year of the issue date, so be sure to use it!

Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-6 business days for it to be processed and for store credit to be added onto your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit has been added to your account.

Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email letstalkjewelryandgems@gmail.com with pictures and a description of the damage, and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well!

Steps to Return Items:

• Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy. 
• Make sure to create a customer account.
• Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)
• Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed.
